Privacy Policy

If you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you type into it. Depending on the form, that includes your name, phone number, email address, and street address, along with any details you share about your vehicle or the service you need. We ask for this so we can call you back, quote the work accurately, and schedule your appointment.

You do not have to use the form. You are welcome to call the shop instead.

When you submit a form, we also record your IP address and how you arrived at this page. That includes the Google click identifier (gclid) attached to our ads and standard campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. We use this to understand which ads bring in real customers so we do not waste money on ads that do not work.

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (conversion ID AW-999817512). Google sets cookies in your browser through this tag, and it reports back to us when a form submission or a phone call originated from one of our ads. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work normally if you do.

We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Facebook pixel, or any session-recording tool on this site.

The phone number advertised on this site is a tracking number that forwards to our shop. Calls placed to it may be recorded or monitored for quality and for measuring which ads generate calls. If you would rather not be recorded, call our main shop line at (615) 866-9199 or tell us at the start of the call and we will stop the recording.

We use what you submit to contact you about the service you asked for, prepare a quote, schedule and perform the work, and follow up afterward. We may also contact you about our other services or offers. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email at the contact details you provided, including calls or texts placed with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts.

Your information goes to Phoenix Auto Repair staff and to the service providers we use to run the business. Specifically, form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) and may be forwarded to our own internal notification systems. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own advertising.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

We keep customer and lead records for as long as we need them to service the account, honor the warranty on work we performed, and meet our tax and recordkeeping obligations. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to our customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that a transmission over the internet is immune from interception, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will handle the request promptly. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a deletion request.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
